Stock in your own measures

Say “Bought 6 jerrycans of groundnut oil from Mama Rukky, 270k” and Clara adds them to your stock. Each sale takes from it. She shows what is left in your own measures and about how many days it will last, so you restock before you run out.

How it works

  1. Say what you boughtIn your own measures: bags, cartons, jerrycans, yards, crates. The supplier and the price are kept too.
  2. Sell as usualEach sale takes from the stock. Goods you do not count, such as a service or cooked food, are never asked for a count.
  3. Count when you wantYour count settles the figures. Any difference is shown, so a loss is seen early.

What else Clara keeps

  • About how many days each item will last, from your own sales
  • Running low shown in your To do
  • Expiry dates kept, with a reminder before they pass
  • What each supplier charged, so you see when a price rises

Clara can do all of this for you

Nothing is saved without your yes. Works on any phone, even with bad network. Your records are only yours.

What is running low?

ClaraRice: 3 bags left, about 6 days. Indomie: 5 cartons, about 5 days.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to count everything I sell?

No. Count only what matters to you. Clara never asks for a count you have not chosen to keep, and money-only records work just as well.

Will Clara tell me when to restock?

Clara shows about how many days each item will last, from your own sales, and anything running low shows in your To do. When to buy, and how much, stays your decision.
